OHA goes to new membership system

The Oral History Association has recently switched to a new individual membership system from that previously administered by Oxford University Press.  We believe that the new system will provide improved service for OHA members.   We have established a new membership website where individuals can join OHA or renew their membership and access various OHA membership benefits.

OHA member Pamela Henson wins Smithsonian Award

Pamela Henson, Director of the Institutional History Division at the Smithsonian Institution, was awarded the Secretary’s Gold Medal for Exceptional Service by Smithsonian Secretary G. December International Blog- Scholarship Recipient reflections on Annual Meeting

Each year scholarship applications submitted by selected international participants for the OHA annual meeting are reviewed by the International Committee. This year ten applications were reviewed.
