She holds a masters degree in military history with a specialization in World War II. I have been gathering World War II veteran oral histories since 2006 and have also interviewed Korean War and Vietnam veterans. I completed a book "When Duty Called: An Oral History of Oregon's World War II Veterans" of some of my interviews. I also completed a documentary using my interviews about the 41st Infantry Division "Jungleers in Battle". My Master's degree is in Military History with a focus on World War II.
