Mr. Conway talks about meeting Bill and Hillary Clinton and John Doar during his time at Yale Law School, and about working for Doar who served as special counsel to the judiciary committee. He also gives firsthand accounts of the committee’s hearings, writing of the final report, and of the bipartisanship and secrecy among Judiciary Committee staffers.
