The Oral History association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of New York and currently operating in Texas. Each year, in conjunction with completing the required 990 tax form for IRS reporting, financial statements of the organization are prepared on the accrual basis of accounting in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles. This includes disclosures of information related to income, expenses, and financial assets.
