Since 1993, the Oral History Association has recognized an outstanding published book that places oral history at its core. This includes work that makes a significant contribution to contemporary scholarship, advances theoretical understanding, or serves as an outstanding example of sound oral history methodology.
We welcome submissions from academic scholars, public historians, independent professionals, and community-based groups and individuals. Entries may come from anywhere in the world and must be published in English.
