OHA at Fifty: Reflections on a Half Century of Service

As a way of commemorating the OHA’s semi-centennial, the organization’s fiftieth anniversary task force reached out to past presidents to have them reflect on their time in office. We asked them about how they came to oral history and the group, what the association was like when they served, what their priorities and challenges were, and whom they worked with most closely. Edited by Irene Reti and Cameron Vanderscoff, the resulting online publication is planned as an evolving work that may incorporate additional audio and video links and other essays moving forward. Sincere thanks go to Deborah Hendrix for the camera work and editing she did on the stories filmed at the Tampa conference in 2015. We hope that you find it the publication, and the associated videos, as interesting as we did.
